An Exhibition of Drawings and small Sculptures

The exhibition, which comprises a group of small sculptures and eight pen and ink drawings, runs until May 28th.
David Kinane was born in Dublin in 1953. From 1982 he studied sculpture at Dun Laoghaire School of Art and graduated with a Degree from NCAD in 1987. He received the Norah McGuinness Award in 1983.
The Sculptures in the exhibition represent ideas of sojourning, beacons signalling, seeking direction, finding bearings. While the Drawings represent some of a collection of old coins, explains Kinane ?which my Father accumulated during a working lifetime?.
