You agree not to use IrishArt.com to submit or transmit text or images which are unlawful, obscene or objectionable in any way or that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

IrishArt.com does not regularly review content you submit to the site but reserves the right to edit such content in any way and to delete without notice any text or images for any reason. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to use the content that you submit to this site and that use of such content does not violate these Terms and Conditions.

Descriptions on the Site Irish Art.com encourages accuracy as much as possible. However, because the majority of the information is uploaded by the Irish galleries themselves, we cannot warrant that descriptions or other content on the site is accurate or complete.

Complaints
Irish Art.com has respect for the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work appears on this site without your permission please notify IrishArt.com at MD@irishArt.com and we will remove any alleged work pending investigation.

To activate removal you will need to prove you created the image or text and provide us with full description, a physical or electronic signature, your full name, home address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are an agent or representative of the person or organisation alleging ownership of the intellectual property rights, we will require your authorisation from the actual owner in writing to represent them.
